The fare to be savored at Pot-au-Feu is always made from fresh seasonal
ingredients supplied by local farmers or trusted purveyors.
The menu available on our website changes every day.
Meals are prepared according to traditional Czech and European recipes
with a distinct emphasis on French cooking techniques. In the kitchen,
we pursue a single goal - to transform the best natural resources into a harmony of flavors.
The intimate size of our establishment guarantees customers that the
dish of their choice will be prepared either by Chef Jan Kracík himself
or under his close supervision, for it is above all his buoyant creativity
that makes each visit to Pot-au-Feu into a unique culinary event.
A well-balanced list of fine French wines appointed by our Czech-speaking
French sommelier is designed to take your dining experience yet a step further.
And our guests can rely on his personal advice if they are looking for the most felicitous
pairing of food with wine.
Our main objective at Pot-au-Feu is to offer visitors a first-class
dining experience. The restaurant makes no compromises in striving
to achieve this aim. Our ingredents are always fresh, the menu
is always seasonal and the executive chef attends to the
preparation and serving of every dish. Our opening hours are designed to match these
requirements, welcoming guests for lunch and dinner. Our pleasant interior has limited capacity
(35 seats, expendable to 45 seats for special occasions) to support the
overall value of the dining experience. Pot-au-Feu caters to discerning clients
who appreciate exceptionally good food. The cooking style is inspired by
French cuisine, from which our chefs take traditional procedures that preserve
the original quality and flavour of each ingredients.
